not prepared at all, poor representation, nothing said for defense, could not remember what i said in a previous meeting. I had damage to be paid off by owner and i got charged instead. decision should me on my benefit and turned out other way, because of poor representation of the case, judge has n...o other choice then just please other part :) i would do the same

Poorest representation I have ever experienced. Did not represent at all. We feel that we were sold out. No representation, he just stood their and said nothing in our defense. Licensed should be questioned and checked out to see if they are valid. Maybe he just do not care about his clients, I d...on't know.

Mr. Talmadge did not come to court prepared. It really came as a surprise that an attorney could come to court and not have researched the charges or the case at all. I don't want to say that he wouldn't do a good job for someone else but he didn't do a good job for my family member. If I had it t...o do over again or if I ever had to pick a criminal lawyer again, I would definatley interview the attorney a little more to get a real grasp of his work ethic.
