Our client, a teacher with no criminal history was accused of continuous sexual abuse of a minor and forcible oral copulation. He was looking at decades in prison. We hired an investigator, called the ... alleged victim to the stand, and got the charges dismissed at the preliminary hearing. We filed a motion for factual innocence that was granted.
