Yes, you may file for your mom.
No, your marriage or a change of name will not affect the petitioning for your mom.

No, no more applications. You will receive your green card as soon as "visa" is available. You do not have to pay for anything.

If you have an advance parole - yes, but I would not advise you to do so if there is a chance of USCIS cancelling your adjustment.

First - stop contacting her immediately. Second, even if you divorce your husband there is a way to remove the condition through a waiver.
