Great attorney and guy

Peter Lesser is amazing at what he does. He was professional and courtesy as well as invested in the outcome and reaching the best possible solution for my case. The matter was resolved in a timely manner, especially considering Philadelphia's complex and stringent real estate laws, which I would not... have been able to navigate through without his expertise. I highly recommend him in any litigation matter involving commercial real estate.

legal svcs

I don't recommend this Lawyer or this legal firm. He did not do a good job. He only tried to drag the case so he can collect thousands in legal fees. My landlord tenant case ended in 3 months which could have ended in two weeks. My emails were ignored, my every attempt to solve the case was ignor...ed. There was no work done in my case yet the legal fees were over 10 thousand dollars and I wasn't given any accounting for these fees. Cant trust this firm for any type of legal issues.
