Biography
I am a member of Saxton & Stump’s Trucking and Commercial Transportation and Commercial Litigation groups. I am an experienced attorney and litigator working with commercial motor carriers and insurance companies in defending lawsuits against them. I have worked with trucking companies in the courtroom, in depositions, and have lead hundreds of on-site investigations of commercial motor vehicle accidents involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities. I have had the rare opportunity to counsel clients on the importance of evidence preservation and has shepherded them through the obstacles and tribulations that often result during those events.
