Robert Fine was assisting me with a 3rd party injury. He was unresponsive whether it was thru email or phone. When I finally was tired of reaching out to him for four days straight I went to the office expecting a simple, “I apologize but I’ve been busy”. Instead he came from the back office aggressi...vely telling me that I, “cannot just pop up at his office”, like I was some mistress. I politely told him that I just want my documents back from my case and didn’t come downtown for an argument. Finally after further insults and demeaning comments I received my documents, got my parking validated and went on my way. He is passive when he needs to be aggressive and aggressive when he needs to be passive. An over the hill emotional person in my opinion, that is too concerned with staying in good with the claim adjusters and employer.
