Pavel Rozman

Pavel Rozman is a U.S. Immigration Attorney based in New York and Philadelphia, specializing in removal defense, asylum law, and deportation avoidance. Admitted to practice immigration law nationwide, he is also a member of the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals bar.

Pavel represents clients in complex immigration matters, with a primary focus on removal defense and litigation before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). He also handles cases involving USCIS, CBP, and ICE, addressing a broad spectrum of immigration issues. His practice spans family-based immigration matters, such as fiancé visas, marriage-based green cards, and renewals, as well as business and employment visas, waivers, and other petitions.

Pavel earned his Juris Doctor from Drexel University, where he received the Sarah Nerino Perseverance Award, and his LL.B from Trinity College Dublin. He also completed judicial clerkships, conducting legal research and drafting memoranda for judges in the Federal District Court in Los Angeles and the First Judicial District of Philadelphia.
