Ian Keith Friedman

My company recently hired Ian to check over a contact that I had written regarding a new internet-related service we will offer. We asked him if we should make any changes, and if he could advise us on any potential issues we hadn't considered yet. Ian worked quickly, made an effort to understand the... specific business involved, and came back to us with many meaningful changes and advice on issues that we hadn't thought of. He communicated with us frequently during our work together, and was always very professional. In the past we had lawyers from a large firm do this work for us, but we got the feeling that they didn't value our business that much (we are a smaller sized company), and we thought they were just making superficial changes to the documents we sent to them. Working with Ian was a much more positive experience, and we were very pleased to see him take such an active approach compared to that large firm's lawyers. I would definitely recommend Ian's services to another business.
