Google is my best friend.. Im from Miami and I had a warrant for my arrest dealing with fraud in PA. My charges were THEFT BY DECEPTION - FALSE IMPRESSION and PUBLISH, MAKE, SEE, ETC ACCESS DEVICE ALTERED, ETC. I did not know what to do, I was getting a lot of letters from Law Firms in PA trying to r...epresent me. I decided to take a risk with them, I was soo scared but they had a lot of good reviews. I gave them a call and they agreed to represent me. The price they charged me was VERY REASONABLE (SAVE YOUR MONEY SO IT CAN SAVE YOU). I was very scared because I never been in a predicament like this where my future is in this law firm hands where the goal is to get me no jail/prison time but of course they cannot make in promises.. I had to turn myself in in order to get this warrant uplifted and this law firm made the process very smooth for me. The fee I paid for them to represent me had covered my bond and preliminary hearing. I was very scared that I was going to jail or prison. My attorney Abigail Gustafson did everything in her power to try and get my case dismissed with the help of higher courts but since that was denied which I was aware it would be. She was able to get me a great deal where one of my charges was dropped and the other one even though I pleaded guilty she was able to get it down to a misdemeanor with no jail time. Only 4 years of probation and have to pay back the money in restitution. Once my restitution is paid in full, I am automatically off probation. I couldn't be more thankful for a better outcome. I did not have to go back to PA. Everything was taken care of through zoom. They really treated me like a player. Even though everyday I was scared of the unknown until she called me with the good news. Its great to know I hired the right law firm. Jail is not for someone like me! my future is bright! I feel truly blessed!!! I was able to get out this situation with no jail/prison time and I did not have to get no one else involved. I was able to take full accountability of these charges on my own and get out of this situation on my own with the help of this law firm. My restitution is 20K that's a lot of money but mann I'll take that any day to be able to remain a freeman. The devil tried to make me think this was the end for me when I got hit with these charges but I did not panic. I did my research and made sure I hired the best of the best. When I have a daughter I will name her Abigail! Abigail is truly the best!!!!! Hire van der Veen, Hartshorn, Levin & Lindheim and ask for Abby you will not regret it.

Honestly I don't know where to start, I've only every seen lawyers fought like this in movies i didn't think it was real until I had Attorney Abigail B. Cohen and Attorney Kenneth C Edelin sitting on each side of me in court fighting for my freedom, not only that they fought for my freedom even when ...the odds looked against me and i'm worrying they alway do their best to comfort me honestly I was even preparing myself to do time as I didn't believe it was possible but no the fought and fought and by end of day I was on my flight back home :) during the entire process their Paralegal Orobosa Enagbare stayed in contact with me through-out the entire case whenever the Attorneys are unavailable... I shopped around for affordable lawyers they came recommended and to be honest they where like 3 time more affordable than everyone else that I reached out to I know i'll never get in trouble again but if i know anyone that does I know who to call this law firm is one of if not the best !!!
