Biography
During law school, Mrs. Popelack worked as a law clerk for the Firm from 2008 - 2010, and served as Articles Editor for Widener Law Review. Mrs. Popelack's student note, The Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act and its Commerce Clause Implications, was the 2009 winner of Widener Law Review's Most Outstanding Paper of Publishable Quality, and appears in the Widener Law Review Volume XVII, Issue 1.
Mrs. Popelack grew up in South Philadelphia and currently resides in Washington Township, New Jersey with her husband. She is an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles fan, and enjoys golfing and snowboarding in her free time.
