I had a case in Philadelphia county that involved a misdemeanor that stemmed from a private criminal complaint due to a neighbor dispute. I was referred to Ms. Shaw through a family member who works in the Defender’s office. From the very beginning Ms. Shaw was very involved with my case, filing rele...vant motions and really digging in deep into my discovery, she was able to quickly identify some major problems with the DA’s case and was able to get the matter dismissed (though it unfortunately went through a lengthy appeal). Ms. Shaw moved on to a different firm while my case was in appeal but ONLY because of the incredible passion and advocacy she added from the start and brilliant legal work was I able to finally have the case fully dismissed. I had a great experience Briana was always available to help anyway she could and had all the answers to my questions shes very down to earth helped me to calm down and think more positive when I thought things weren’t looking to good and In the end she managed to have the DA drop all charges agains...t me! (I will not be getting into any more trouble god willing) I would highly recommend anyone hire her.
