Jason Joseph Sweet

Jason was great! He immediatly addressed my concerns by having me forward the documentation regarding potential litigation against my company. After forwarding the documentation, I received a return call right away from Jason stating that there were numerous legal reasons why the other parties claims... were worthless, and that if he needed to defend my company, he was certain he would be able to do so with 100% success. He drafted a letter to the other attorneys directly addressing the other parties concerns, stated that he felt their case was without merit, and that if needed, he was going to defend us aggressivelly. Jason was able to refute thier claims with clear cut legal precedents put in place to protect me and my small company. His obvious working knowledge of the law took immediate pressure off of us and we did not hear from the claiments again. Thank you Jason!
