Scott T. Taggart

I called Rand Spear to represent me in a slip and fall accident and somehow go Scott Taggert. Scott was assigned to my case to represent me in the slip and fall case without my approval. He did not appear to have any interest in my case and misled me to believe that I had absolutely no chance of winn...ing. He provided me with false information, misleading me and causing me to accept a settlement in a case that I stood a very good chance of winning had it simply gone to trial. He stated to me at my jury selection hearing that their was absolutely nothing in my medical records mentioning a slip and fall. After talking to my doctor I was able to discover that that information was not true. That information was crucial to my case. I would not recommend this lawyer to a victim of a dog bite even if the teeth were still in the victim. I would stay clear of this guy and the law firm Spear, Greenfield & Richman.
