Sarah Sharpless Auerbach

I focus my practice on commercial real estate transactions and other business transactions, advising clients on acquisition, disposition, development, and financing, leasing of land and commercial real estate properties and the leasing of office, retail, warehouse, and industrial space, representing both tenants and landlords. I have represented global companies, national retailers, nonprofit organizations, and regional start-ups in a variety of commercial real estate transactions and corporate organizations.

Prior to private practice, I worked in children's educational publishing, at a national nonprofit for health advocacy, and for a research and clinical care organization. An advocate for positive change in any environment, I balance the practice of law with participation in a variety of community service organizations around the city of Philadelphia.

I am active in the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania. A member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, I am an alumna of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group, an alumna of the Temple American Inn of Court (TAIC), and an alumni interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania.
