I strongly advise you look elsewhere for legal representation ! Over the four year period i had the displeasure of dealing with Rodden, Rodden and Breslin i was given very little permanent information to my case ! I was given only what I needed to know and in my opinion mislead. They practice poor co...mmunication skills and responce to inquiries are frequently ignored. If and when my inquiries were addressed it would be very brief and sometimes not even addressing my concerns. In the end , settlement resulted in them receiving $113,000.00 and myself getting $100,000.00. My settlement mediation took place with myself being included in a few minutes at the beginning. Then I was not involved with any of the mediation. I would not recommend Rodden, Rodden and Breslin !

In fact, they always seem to somehow exceed even my expectations which isn’t an easy accomplishment and I always knew that I, my mother and father-in-law were always in the best hands. Whenever I had a question or concern, Mr. Rodden was always accessible and would get back to me right away and would immediately address and resolve any issues. No matter how large or small, strong or weak the case, Patrick Rodden, Matthew Breslin and their support staff always treated it as if it was the most important and only case they had and they pursued it whole heartedly. Patrick recently worked on a third case for me along with Matthew Breslin and, as always, they far exceeded my expectations. All I can say is, thank God they were sitting on my side of the table during depositions. Never returns emails or calls. Be prepared to work around his schedule. He’s mean and and hung up on me when he finally decided to call me back. I would NEVER recommend anyone to hire this lawyer. I’ve never been spoken to by a man like he spoke to me. Do not hire him. My case could have been settled... months ago. So mad this terrible part of my life has been dragged on because of him.
