Mitchell Golding

Mitchell I Golding Esq. has been an attorney specializing in the field of Worker's Compensation in Pennsylvania since 1986.

He has been employed as Staff Counsel for Zurich North American Insurance Co. since 1998.

Mr. Golding writes an annual summary of the year’s Workers' Compensation Appellate decisionsin a publication  titled The Year in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation: At A Glance, which is published by the Pennsylvannia Bar Institute annually as an E-Pub.. 

He writes a monthly review of the Pa. Workers' Compensation Law, which is published by the Philadelphia Bar Association on their website and within their publication, Upon Further Review. Mr.Golding has specialized in the practice of Workers' Compensation since 1987. 

Publications: Have published numerous articles dealing with various topics ranging from Fraud, Hearing Loss, Medical Claims and Vocational Rehab in various publications including the Pennsylvania Law Journal and the Legal Intelligencer.

Mr. Golding is a former shareholder of the Law Firm of Marshall,Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin. Prior to being employed by Marshall, Dennehey,Warner, Coleman & Goggin, Mr. Golding worked as an Associate at LaBrum and Doak and prior to that at Galfand, Berger, Senesky, Lurie and March, and LaBrum and Doak. 

Mr. Golding has written chapters on Hearing Loss and Act 57 for The Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce Annual Workers Compensation Guide.

Contributing Editor to the Barbieri Workers' Compensation Treatise

He also served as Co- Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section for the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2009.

Mr. Golding has received an A.V. rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
