Melissa Hague focuses her practice in mass torts, products liability, class actions, vaccine litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, dram shop and other personal injury matters.
Melissa has successfully argued motions before the United States District Court of New Jersey in In Re: Human Tissue Products Liability Litigation. As part of that litigation, Ms. Hague represented dozens of families in lawsuits against funeral homes for the mutilation and illegal harvesting of body parts from corpses. She was featured with Anapol Schwartz partner Larry Cohan in national news media regarding the Human Tissue litigation.
Melissa has handled mass torts involving complex medical and science issues. Currently, Melissa represents clients in the In re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., ASR Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2197, who have been injured by the recalled ASR hip implants manufactured by DePuy, a Johnson & Johnson Company. She also represents clients injured by DePuy Pinnacle hip implants, as well as those injured by Zimmer NexGen knee implants.
Melissa is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as before the United States District Courts of the District of New Jersey.
