Bendo’s good

Good dude. Got my money I was asking for. Will use him again. Does car crashes. Had to pay some money for my child support but I was gonna have to pay that anyway. He charges a third, not 40% like the last lawyer I had. That was a lot of money.

Great lawyer

Car accident, other driver told a nonsense story, Marc took care of him GOOD in something called a deposition. Got a good settlement a week later. He is the man, will use him again.

USE THIS GUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Hired this attorney in 2011 to handle a car accident case. At first all was well as I was able to reach him at any time of the day or night, LITERALLY at any time as he provided his office # and personal cell #. Things took a turn for the worst however once we settled the case. Once the case was sett...led and the checks were issued ( I received a CC of the letter from the Insurance company in April of 2013), he became nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with. No matter how many times I tried to call his office, I just couldn't get an answer or a call back. Once I found his personal cell # which he had supplied but i subsequently lost, I tried calling it. He promptly changed the number. I then went to his office in May where he said that usually after a settlement is won, the lawyer is obligated to send off some letter in order to check to see if that person owes any money to city or state agencies. He explained that if he doesn't send that letter off and instead simply disburses the check, that if it is found that the person actually owes money to any city or state agencies, then the lawyer may be held liable. He then stated that he hadn't yet mailed off said letter but promised to do so that week. That was May, it is now the middle of August and I have yet to hear anything from this guy. He still doesn't answer my calls or return any of my messages.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
