Biography
Lee A. Schwartz, Esquire, has been a prominent Family Law Attorney in the Greater Philadelphia Area since 1981, dedicated to assisting clients with a variety of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, grandparent and step-parent rights, relocation, high net worth cases, child support, alimony, property division, and protection from abuse.
Mr. Schwartz's leadership in the legal community is evident through his role as Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2015, as well as his previous positions as Treasurer, Secretary, and Incoming Chair. He served as President of the Nicholas Cipriani Family Law American Inn of Court from 2011 to 2013 and remains active on the Executive Committee of both the Family Law Section and the Cipriani Inn. With over 20 years of experience in mediation and collaborative law, he effectively resolves disputes related to divorce and custody. Mr. Schwartz is also a respected speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, educating fellow attorneys on family law topics, and provides legal commentary on family law issues for Fox 29 Television News and the ALM Television Network.

Horrible Attorney
Went to a pre-trial hearing with this guy and he knows as a lawyer that the law in PA is each parent has a legal right to 50/50 custody. As a lawyer representing me, he should have told me that.
