Kevin I. Lovitz

I was directed to Kevin by a friend of a friend. I had been terminated by a large university and they had denied me unemployment. I had spoken with another firm and they did not think they could win the case. Kevin walked me through the process, kept me well informed on the situation and accompani...ed me to the hearing. We won the appeal and then the university appealed my win. Kevin was able to negotiate with the university and get them to drop the appeal. The system is confusing and fraught with pitfalls.
