Kevin M. Apollo, a partner in the firm's Global Insurance Services Practice Group, focuses his practice on complex first- and third-party insurance coverage litigation. Kevin counsels and defends clients on a wide range of first-party property coverage issues, including building claims and commercial and retail business income valuations. His third-party practice includes matters involving primary, excess, and umbrella commercial general liability (CGL), and claims-made policies.

Kevin's extensive coverage analysis experience in both construction and environmental litigation includes damages resulting from product defect, construction defect, fires, and global warming. He has also counseled clients on employer’s liability exclusions in CGL policies involving subcontractors at construction sites and underinsured motorist coverage.

Known for development of creative and effective case strategy, Kevin coordinates with experts across disciplines to help his clients navigate complex coverage and valuation issues.
