Joshua Bradley Fitzgerald

J.B. Fitzgerald is a divorce and family law attorney at Petrelli Previtera, LLC, licensed in Pennsylvania. He helps clients work through divorce, custody, support and protection order matters, whether that means negotiating a settlement or litigating in court.

"I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by a legal process that's also deeply personal," J.B. says. "My goal is to protect people, not just legally but emotionally, when they're most vulnerable." Clients value that he stays calm under pressure while advocating assertively on their behalf.

Before joining Petrelli Previtera, J.B. served as a defense attorney and as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, trying cases and spending considerable time in the city's domestic violence courtrooms. That background is useful when a family case intersects with protection from abuse, false allegations or custody-related conflict.

He earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the National Trial Team, was certified in Trial Advocacy and Litigation, and received the Goldberg Advocacy Scholarship. He graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, where he served as President of the Mock Trial Association.
