About Jose
Biography
Jose De Los Santos was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. Since moving to the United States, he has lived in NYC, NJ, and Miami. Prior to working for Pond Lehocky Giordano, he lived in Miami for 13 years.
Jose earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Florida in 2016. In 2020, he graduated magna cum laude from the St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, where he also received a criminal litigation certificate. While attending law school, he participated in the Student Bar Association, the Criminal Law Society, and the Trial Team, competing in several competitions where he was able to showcase his trial skills.
From 2021 to 2023, Jose worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, Florida. In this position, he represented multiple clients from filing of charges to disposition, including multiple trials and motions. In 2024, he joined the Workers’ Compensation department at Pond Lehocky Giordano, where he uses his extensive legal experience and fluency in Spanish to represent injured workers across Pennsylvania.
