Biography
Gary A. Zlotnick practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, business, real estate and taxation.
He received his B.S. degree from Boston University and his J.D. degree and LL.M. degree in taxation from Villanova University.
Gary is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and also a certified public accountant. He has also lectured on estate planning for the National Business Institute.
Gary serves as a volunteer attorney for Lawyers for the Arts. He is a member of the Board of Directors of and legal counsel to the Second Chance Foundation, a charitable organization established to raise funds to provide financial assistance and resources to vital community-based organizations that serve “at-risk” children, young adults, and families in Philadelphia. Gary is a member of the Board of Directors of the Freire Charter School Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising funds for the Freire Charter School which is located in center city Philadelphia. Gary also serves on the education committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Probate and Trust Law Division. Moreover, Gary is the proud big brother to a terrific fifth grade student at the Russell Byers Charter School.
