Biography
A former federal prosecutor and registered patent attorney, I have dedicated my career to representing the owners of intellectual property against those who would misappropriate it without just compensation.
I combine my trial experience as former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division with my engineering background to successfully represent clients in trade secret, patent and other intellectual property matters. I bring to the courtroom my effective and to-the–point communication skills honed through years of experience as a national television commentator.
