Eric Diaz is a Founder of LareDiaz. He is noted for his broad commercial real estate practice, with an emphasis on structured finance and CMBS transactions.

Diaz’s commercial real estate practice includes debt and equity finance, as well as acquisition, disposition and leasing. He frequently works with private equity firms and institutional lenders to structure multi-tranched capital stacks which benefit lenders, borrowers and investors alike. Capitalizing on his in-house counsel experience with a major CMBS shop, Diaz and his team regularly handle CMBS servicing transactions as well as General Counsel overflow work.
