Incredible Immigration Attorney — Turned a Rejection Into Success
I cannot recommend Emily highly enough. I worked with her on my U.S. student visa after a very discouraging first experience that ended in a rejection. The stakes could not have been higher: without a successful second attempt, I would not have been able to begin my program. From the very beginning, ...

Avoid her!
She forgot to include some pictures in the application and was rejected. She did not know how to file a complaint afterwards, and more time was wasted. Everything went back to square one due to her negligence. She made mistakes filing the simplest document.
This application was properly prepared and submitted along with the required photographs. The photographs were lost by USCIS after the application was submitted to their offices. It is often frustrating for clients and attorneys but sometimes there are things that happen out of our control. In this case there will be no delay in obtaining the green card.
