When I was 18 years old I was mishandling a handgun, accidentally killing my friend. My family as well as the victim's family were devastated. It was a horrible situation all they way around. I was potentially going to have harassment charges or a restraining order filed against me, so I wanted to find an attorney "just in case". I didn't know where to start besides random searches online in my area. There weren't many criminal defense attorneys or firms in my area who had more than one o...r two reviews, or their reviews were so-so to not good. Then I came across David Glassman. All of his reviews were positive, and there a good number of them. I contacted him via email, and within hours (or minutes?) I received a call from him. He provided a brief yet to the point run down of what could potentially happen and what I should do. His manner was very friendly (unlike other attorneys I had worked with in the past for other matters) and I could tell he was very experienced, could get the job done and was very on point. I didn't feel he was promising me things unrealistically, but felt he knew of the best ways to achieve the best outcome given my situation. I'm not sure if I will need his services (hopefully not!) but I know I would be in good hands. His flat rate seemed well within what I was willing to pay. I'm not familiar with what attorneys usually charge for these kinds of services, but the rate seemed more than reasonable for the quality of service I could tell I would receive.

I contacted Mr. Glassman to represent my wife and me in regard to a Federal investigation.....He was available to meet us on short notice and over the weekend.
