Elite Attorney Who Gets Results: Highly Recommended!

In three words, Mr. David Jay Glassman is Intelligent, Capable and Remarkable. To briefly comment on my case: I am being charged with a series of very serious crimes, including numerous felonies that have the potential to destroy my life. I am pleased to report that Mr. Glassman's remarkable passion ...for providing me with the best possible defense has allowed me to feel much more comfortable during the most difficult time in my life.  More importantly he has delivered all the results he has promised thus far. A Rock Star Attorney in my opinion. Others in the legal community have noticed it too. I have had several different judges to date, and all have received Mr. Glassman well compared to other attorneys in the courtroom. A trusted family friend who is a prosecutor at the county level told me I would be wildly privileged to have Mr. Glassman represent me. She mentioned first to hire him immediately and that 'Mr. Glassman is exceptional, but not cheap.' In my case however I believe most would agree his fees have been extremely reasonable. After the last five court appearances in my ongoing case, I have to say I fully agree with the family friend's professional opinion of Mr. Glassman. Some lawyers would agree that a single all-star lawyer can easily accomplish more than a dozen less experienced lawyers combined in terms of results. I say a single all-star lawyer, like Mr. Glassman, has the ability to do more than an infinite number of less experienced lawyers. He is not your stereotypical lawyer who speaks indecipherable legalese. Instead, his superb communication skills allow him to provide practical illustrations and to relay applications that make him an ideal advocate for those who value an open dialogue with their attorney. I trust nothing can replicate his hundreds and hundreds of clients he has represented. With his perfect reviews online, I imagine there are dozens and dozens of satisfied clients who would undeniably describe Mr. Glassman, in the same way I would, as a forceful catalyst behind the protection of their rights. Mr. Glassman really cares. For instance, I called him one Thursday afternoon, very early on in the case, admittedly freaking out and more anxious than I've ever been in my life about the uncertainty of my future. He met with my wife and I later that very night at 7pm and spent around two hours going over every nit picky detail of what was to come. Mr. Glassman could see I was still worried, and insisted we delve into possible strategies for the upcoming court date(s). The end result I felt much calmer after the meeting. Some say lawyers are only interested in making $, especially how some lawyers are portrayed on TV. That they lie about everything, lack souls, etc. I cannot speak about the ethics of other lawyers; I can only say first hand that Mr. Glassman has been honest and in all ways a genuine and ethical person whom I really respect. Although my Phila matter is still ongoing (pretrial stages), I trust that Mr. Glassman's expert abilities and aggressive defense strategies, will enable me to get the absolute best potential outcome. It was Richard Branson who said, ‘Set impossible challenges, then catch up with them.’ But it is Mr. Glassman who is here to guide you on HOW to overcome your seemingly impossible challenges. Coming to Mr. Glassman at the worst time in my life, I cannot say how thankful I am to be represented by him. And to have a lawyer that I can have the peace of mind that I have a zealous advocate who has, and will continue to get RESULTS. The world NEEDS more client-focused, and caring advocates/lawyers like Mr. Glassman. There are innocent people who are unjustly sentenced to prison every year. Mistakes happen. I would never risk my freedom by hiring any less than the best. When Mr. Glassman told me he believes we can win, outright, and have all my charges dismissed, should we need to take my matter to trial, I trust him 100%.

What An Awesome Experience

I didn't know where to turn because it was my first time being in trouble like this. I found Attorney Glassman through a Google search and I must say that my selection was a great one. From the very start when I contacted his offices; he called me back himself and made it more personable. He assured ...me that he could help me. He made time to meet with me while he was at the courthouse representing someone else which was exceptional. Once we met he "assured me" that he could get me in the ARD program. He worked tirelessly in my case and he did just that. I was admitted into the ARD program and I have no charges. It was an exceptional experience.... I would recommend him hands down to anyone!!!! Thank you soooo very much!

The BEST Lawyer

I am a past client of Attorney Glassman's and would highly recommend him to anyone who is need of an attorney. Not only is Attorney Glassman a very smart and hard working lawyer but he is also very caring and concerned about his clients. He is always available to talk and constantly kept me updated w...ith the progress of my case. He was even available for discussions after business hours. Attorney Glassman was extremely savvy and insightful and settled matters favorably. I highly respect and recommend Attorney Glassman to anyone who finds themselves in a legal predicament.

Unethical and self-serving

I retained this attorney to review my case. He talked about how great he is as he continued feed his own ego with self-praise. I provided a list of questions to be answered. When I asked for a response, not only did he not answer them, he was combative, rude and hostile. Instead of being honest and f...orthcoming, he berates you. David jay Glassman and his narcissistic attitude encompasses how “you” as the client are at fault instead of giving balanced insight. He hardly lets you speak and continues to enthrall himself with his greatness. Find another attorney! Humility goes a long way!

This client's review presents an opportunity to address what you should expect when contacting me. I often get calls from individuals who are already being represented and question the advise from their present lawyer, or who have received a bad result and want to see whether something can be done to correct it. Most of these individuals are seeking a truthful response; however, there are a few who, despite their representations to the contrary, only want to hear what they want you to say. When this happens a lawyer has two options: (1) Take the easy way out, tell your client what they want to hear and make he or she feel good; or, (2) Give the client an honest assessment of their options and advise them of their best course of action to achieve their goals. Sometimes, this means telling your client what they don't want to hear and risking the fact that they will get angry, make unfounded accusations, and write a negative review about your services. The choice for me is not difficult. I have seen the results of other criminal lawyers who take the path of least resistance and tell the respective clients whatever is necessary to either generate a fee or avoid having to explain what the truth of their situation really is. In one case, a defense lawyer's refusal to confront his client with the reality of her situation cost her an additional 15 years in prison. During my review of that matter, when asked why their daughter took action that was entirely without any merit, the response was always the same: "We trusted what the lawyer told us to do." Finally, the author of this review is angry because rather than seek to undermine her present lawyer's advice, I concurred with his assessment of the case. In short, with few exceptions, when clients profess their innocence but refuse the opportunity to take their case to trial, they become disgruntled when their lawyer cannot provide them with a 3rd Option, when the fact is, there is none. That is why this client has agreed (along with her present lawyer) to follow the advice she was given by me. Making sure a client does what's in their best interests, while not always popular, is more important to me as a Criminal Defense Lawyer, than guaranteeing a good review. Thank you for your consideration of my response. David Jay Glassman, Esquire
