You are not be liable for any debts of another person unless you personally signed some type of guarantee or acted as a co-signor.

Whether you can void lien depends on if it was filed before or after your bankruptcy.

A copy of your SS card will not suffice. An acceptable alternative is an original w-2 issued by your employer.
