I am an Associate at The Law Firm of Willig, Williams & Davidson. I am licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My primary focus is Family Law (domestic relations). I counsel and represent clients in divorce, custody, support, paternity, domestic violence, protection from abuse, restraining order, child guardianship, and dependency cases. I represent husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, grandparents, and third parties. I also practice in small claims court. I have experience negotiating settlements with creditors and representing clients against contractors and other service providers. I also have experience litigating dog bite cases and other cases related to animal behavior.
I joined Willig, Williams & Davidson in 2008 after serving as a judicial law clerk in the Family Court of Delaware. While attending Temple University's Beasley School of Law I practiced in Legal Aid Office and served as a mediator with the Domestic Relations Mediation Clinical Program. I was a staff member on the Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law. I also completed two internships with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where I primarily prosecuted narcotics cases and argued appeals.
