This position involves working with various types of people and organizations such as governmental entities, insurance companies, state and federal courts to name a few.  I travel throughout the country in order to investigate and develop new theories in order to obtain favorable recoveries.  While today may be a complex products liability action, tomorrow may be a simple slip and fall.  I am constantly learning new areas of law in every jurisdiction within which I practice.
