Andrew Michael Slom

I recently had the opportunity to work with Andrew when trying to purchase a home in Ventnor, NJ, and I’m glad I chose him as my attorney. The transaction turned out to be more difficult than most, since issues were discovered during my inspections that had not been properly disclosed by the selle...rs, leaving us with no choice but to terminate. The sellers then refused to return our deposit. Andrew went to bat for us, and when he had to get tough, he had no problem doing so. His letter to the seller’s attorney resulted in our deposit being returned by 9 AM the following morning, after I along with several others had tried for weeks. I’m fortunate to have had Andrew representing me. His knowledge of real estate law is strong, his writing skills are excellent, and he’s highly responsive.
