Steven J. Carroll

Steven J. Carroll focuses on criminal defense and civil rights litigation. He is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh (2012) and Widener Delaware Law School (2021-cum laude). Prior to and during law school, Steven was trained and mentored by the legendary trial attorney, Robert B. Mozenter, who is nationally recognized as an attorney of the highest caliber (Top 1%). Steven embraces a client-centered approach to representation and bridges the gap between old school, gladiator advocacy and new age, complex litigation techniques including issues amidst digital forensic evidence, modern jury science, and technological privacy rights. Steven is devoted to protecting the rights established within the Constitutions of the United States, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
