I counsel clients regarding intellectual property management issues, including identifying protectable intellectual property and implementing intellectual property policies and procedures.

My patent prosecution experience includes electrical and electromechanical technologies, mobile telephony, wireless and optical communications, network, storage, software, and computer-related technologies, business method patents, medical devices, semiconductor devices and manufacturing, sporting goods, consumer products, automotive and aerospace components, and military and law enforcement technologies. My trademark clients span a wide range of products and services, including clothing, cosmetics, jewelry, eyewear, medical devices, health products, sporting goods, furniture, software, environmental consulting, telecommunications, restaurant, fitness, and legal services.

I have tried numerous cases before both state and federal courts, and my litigation experience includes handling utility and design patent, trademark, and copyright infringement cases, at both the pre-trial and trial stages.
