Associate in the Business and Finance Department as well as the Zoning Practice Group, practice focuses on representing businesses, including health care entities, in areas such as mergers and acquisitions; private equity and venture capital funding; asset purchase and sales agreements; employment, management and consulting contracts; and profit and nonprofit entity formation as well as regulatory health care law, including Stark, Anti-Kickback and HIPAA.
