When my father got injured badly from a dog bite. I called Stark and Stark and the next day Joe Ashton came to our house. We explained to him the whole sequence of events on the day of the injury. He showed compassion and truly was concerned and wanted to help. We felt very comfortable almost like he... was a family friend. The next day Joe got right to work collecting evidence (police report, hospital reports, and insurance informations from the dogs owner. The case took over a year but was well worth the wait. Joe communicated with us and answered all of our questions. He guided my dad on all the steps my dad needed to take from going to all the doctors appointments for evaluations to sending progress pictures of his wounds. Joe knew exactly what the appropriate compensation for my fathers injury was and he was not willing to settle. No doubt my fathers injury was horrible but we were really surprised with the settlement we got and it's all because of Joe's resources and his persistence.
