Jonathan B. Koutcher

Jonathan Koutcher, a partner with PearsonKoutcher, LLP, has 17 years experience representing injured workers throughout Pennsylvania. Mr. Koutcher handles complex workers compensation matters and is a skilled litigator, drawing upon his past experience litigating third party claims before arbitration panels and juries. Mr. Koutcher devotes his entire legal practice to the representation of individuals who have been injured in a work accident. Jon’s partner Eric says that everyone loves Jon. He’s patient, compassionate, sympathetic, a natural litigator, and he brings a calming presence to any situation. Like Eric, Jon is a Philadelphia area native and went to Cherry Hill East High School. He earned his BA in government/political science from Skidmore College in New York in 1991. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1994. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Jon is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and the Association for Justice. Jon was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2011 and 2012.

Jon and his wife and three children Billy 15, Carly 12, and Jack 5, live in Rosemont, in suburban Philadelphia. Jon is also a Philadelphia sports fan and coach in his community.
