Difficult to work with

I found Joan difficult to work with. Though knowledgeable, her demeanor and responsiveness make it difficult to be comfortable making business decisions based on her advice. Also, not sure that she always has her clients interest first, or at least for those who of us who are not preferred clients I ...guess.
