James Frederick Lorusso

Fred Lorusso is a trial attorney with nearly 20 years of experience who has expertly litigated claims involving construction accidents, truck and motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Throughout his career, Fred has handled claims involving fatalities, traumatic brain injuries and other serious orthopedic and neurologic injuries. He has extensive litigation and trial practice in both state courts and federal courts.

Fred has a unique perspective advocating for people who have suffered serious and permanent injuries, as his background includes an extensive tenure as a defense attorney. Prior to joining the Pansini Law Group, Fred served as a partner-level attorney at multiple nationally recognized civil trial law firms. Now representing personal injury victims, Fred’s prior roles and experiences have equipped him with firsthand knowledge of how defendants and their insurance carriers assess and evaluate cases – he is intimately familiar with how defense counsel and insurance carriers think and strategize. This perspective provides Fred with a unique tool to effectively advocate for his clients and their families.

After graduating from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, Fred earned his law degree from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has an AV “Preeminent” rating from Martindale Hubbell. Fred grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and is a passionate fan of each of the City’s sports teams. His true passion is spending time with his wife and their four amazing children.
