You would need to ask permission of the court. Hire a lawyer to do this for you.

Your guidelines call for probation. Max sentences for m3 is 1 year and summary is 90 days. However, you should be shooting higher then no jail...

No. The commonwealth can in certain circumstances. I would talk the ADA who handled the case.

I have never heard of it. It doesn't make sense to me. It's more expensive for you to be in jail then have the $.

You need to find a lawyer who knows how to do these appeals.
First, an appeal in writing must be sent to the board in Harrisburg within 30 days...
