Get a local civil rights attorney. Hey do the work for you. Be prepared for your consulation. Have a diary of some sorts.

In my state they need scientific testing to prove what the substance is for a conviction.

Usually standard of proof at violations of
Probation are preponderance. I would hire a local attorney.

If your appearance is on record, it should come up on the ins portal. I would start blaming your attorney though. Did you call him/her?

I would contact an attorney. They need to prove you were driving. You may even be able to suppress the statement.
