Fabianna Raphaelle Pergolizzi

While managing her cases from the inception of lawsuit through trial, Fabianna makes it a priority to evaluate all cost-effective and efficient manners to achieve a maximized resolution for her clients. Fabianna is dedicated to providing her clients with comprehensive analysis and reliable legal advice in deciding how to protect their complex interests.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Fabianna worked at a prestigious personal injury firm as an associate. She gained invaluable experience managing a high volume caseload of matters suited in Major Jury counties, within the Greater Philadelphia area. She has appeared for numerous depositions, arbitrations, ADRs (alternative dispute resolutions), motion hearings, conferences and related trial matters for Major Jury and Arbitration cases.

In her spare time, Fabianna is very active in philanthropic activities and associations within the Greater Philadelphia area. As an active member of the Junior League of Philadelphia ™, Fabianna volunteers at non-profit organizations such as MANNA and Philabundance to support efforts in managing food insecurity in Philadelphia.

Additionally, Fabianna is the CEO and Founder of Project Anti-Bully™, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization located in twenty-seven countries that raises awareness of the prevalence of bullying globally through community-based published research and implemented intervention programs.

Fabianna has been recognized as a Temple Law Conwell Scholar, Honorable Nicholas A. Cipriani Scholar, Joey Pozzuolo International Studies Scholar, and as a Global Scholar.
