If you did not have insurance, you are responsible. You should pay for the damage that you caused.

You did the right thing. I advise all my clients to plead "NOT GUILTY". Retain a traffic court attorney to fight it.

I was asked to move my bosses car. I ended up getting into an accident and causing damage to her car and the other drivers car.
