Biography
Mr. Krowiak joins Freundlich & Littman from the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office in 2015 where he began in the DUI and Vehicular Homicide Unit. Mr. Krowiak was later appointed Deputy District Attorney and served as the chief prosecutor for the Narcotics Unit. Mr. Krowiak oversaw the investigation and prosecution of all felony drug-related crimes in Lackawanna County. Mr. Krowiak tried over 40 jury and non-jury trials and gained extensive litigation experience in his capacity as Deputy District Attorney.
Mr. Krowiak previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Carmen D. Minora in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. During his time as a judicial law clerk Atty. Krowiak gained valuable legal experience in civil law drafting judicial opinions and assisting with civil jury trials.
Mr. Krowiak attended Temple University where he earned a degree in Political Science in 2011. While at Temple University, Mr. Krowiak was a member of the student life judicial board and the Temple University Men’s Rugby Club. Mr. Krowiak attended Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2014. During law school, Atty. Krowiak was a member of the Thomas Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law.
As an associate in Freundlich & Littman’s litigation department, Andrew concentrates his practice on personal injury, commercial litigation and real estate litigation. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District.
