Andrew Scott Brown

Spending years at some of Philadelphia and the nation’s largest law firms representing Fortune 500 companies in court, Andy honed his litigation skills against a number of the most high-powered lawyers in the country before shifting his focus to his true passion – representing individuals who have suffered harm through no fault of their own, and tirelessly pursuing justice on their behalf.

Andy now uses that “big-firm” expertise at McLaughlin & Lauricella, where every client is afforded the same attention and care that he would have previously given a CEO. It is a point of pride for Andy that he is able to give the men and women that he represents that same level of consideration, accessibility, and dedication in their representation, from start to finish.

Andy is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and Columbia University School of Law in New York City, where he was on the editorial staff of the Journal of Law and the Arts. Andy is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, and in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

A resident of Center City, Andy is involved in coaching and managing several youth sports teams, including Palumbo Soccer Club and Taney Little League teams for both his son and daughter. When not in the office, he can be found around town with his family and dog Mojo.
