Represented Client who did not want to get a divorce. I filed a motion for court ordered marriage counseling.
OUTCOME: Client granted primary physical custody
Represented Client at Custody Conference. Child's Father lives out of state and was granted limited visitation with child.
OUTCOME: Client obtained divorce in less than 90 days. She kept primary custody of their child.
Obtained a quick divorce for client. Ex-husband then filed for custody of their child.
OUTCOME: Divorce was finalized approximately 60 days after inital consultation
