Steven A. Mimm represents licensed professionals before Pennsylvania and New Jersey licensing boards: board investigations, Orders to Show Cause and hearings, consent agreements, license applications, reinstatement and reactivation, and continuing education audits.

From 2014 to 2022 he served as a prosecuting attorney bringing disciplinary actions on behalf of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, and in 2022 he served as Board Counsel advising Pennsylvania licensing boards. Before that, as an Assistant Public Defender in Dauphin County (2009-2014), he tried criminal cases from misdemeanors to homicide, including multiple-day jury trials.
Since founding Mimm Law, LLC in 2023, he has handled 35 professional licensing matters before 13 Pennsylvania boards and offices, including Nursing, Medicine, Social Workers, Pharmacy, Cosmetology and Funeral Directors, plus a federal DEA registration matter. He represents nurses, physicians, pharmacists, accountants, engineers, architects, cosmetologists, funeral directors and other licensees.
