Lily is the President of Pennsylvania’s Education for All Coalition (PEAC), board member of the DELVAL Guardianship Association, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Exceptional Children Committee, and a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association. She is an author and frequent lecturer to the Pennsylvania Bar Association, parent disability groups, and private schools in Pennsylvania on issues related to her areas of practice. - See more at: #
