Taylor D. Mackintosh

Taylor D. Mackintosh is a divorce and family law attorney with Petrelli Previtera, LLC. He is often the first person a client speaks with at the firm, and he uses that conversation to identify the key issues, understand what the client wants and explain what the process is likely to look like.

Taylor has counseled more than 3,000 clients on divorce, custody, support, alimony, prenuptial agreements, parental rights, relocation petitions, adoption and guardianship, protection orders and post-divorce modifications. He is admitted in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and that multi-state view lets him borrow an approach that works in one court and apply it in another.

"These cases have a direct and dramatic impact on the clients' lives," he says. "It's a privilege to be trusted with such important issues." Clients describe him as someone who listens first, looks for common ground and drafts agreements and parenting plans with enough foresight that they still work years down the road.

Taylor earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2009 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Xavier University in 2005. Outside work he reads, hikes and spends time with his wife and their two dogs.
